01. RAW MATERIAL
Our raw materials - Coconut Husks are sourced from the traditional coconut tree cultivators of our locality. These raw materials are thoroughly checked for quality and stored in our yard.
02. CRUSHING
Our modern husk beater machine is where the raw coconut husks are broken down, and the fibre and pith are extracte
03. PITH EXTRACTION
The pith screener takes the broken husk fibre and separates the pith from the fibre. The machine’s outlet conveyor then extracts fresh coconut pith.
04. DRYING
The pith is then washed and naturally sun-dried in our large cement yards.
05. COMPRESSING
Once the pith is dried, it is taken from the drying yards and fed into the compressing machines. In order to achieve the highest efficiency for our growers, the dried materials are compressed into 650 gms briquettes and 5kgs blocks
06. QUALITY CHECK
Our quality control team helps us to exceed expectations by delivering high-quality products to our customers. pH, Electrical Conductivity and Expansion of our raw materials and substrates are systematically tested after each stage of processing to make sure that they are as per the international standards and meet our customer’s needs.
